All criminal information is merely an accusation and the Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. Prosecuting Attorney Andy Riner, within and for the 18th-West Judicial District of the State of Arkansas, of which Polk County is a part, in the name and by the authority of the State of Arkansas, on oath, do hereby accuse the defendants of committing in Polk County, Arkansas the following crimes:


State of Arkansas Vs. Cody R. Hughes W/M, age 39, Count I: Aggravted Residential Burglary, a Class "Y" Felony. Count II: Aggravated Assult On A family Member Or Household Member, a Class "D" felony. The State of Arkansas alleges that a firearm was used in the furtherance of the above described felony offense and notifies the defendent that it itends to seek an enhancement of tany sentence imposed hereunder pursuant to Arkansas Code Ann. 16-90-120 which provides for an additional period of confinement in the state penetentiary for a term not to exceed fifteen (15) years. 

 

State of Arkansas Vs. Robert L. Stevenson, W/M, age 33, Count I: Possession Of Firearms By Certain Persons, a Class "D" Felony. Count II: Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class "D" Felony.

 

State of Arkansas Vs. Jesse Joe Saxour, W/M, age 31, Count I: Possession Of Methamphetamine With The Purpose To Deliver, a Class "B" Felony. Count II: Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class "D" Felony.
