Mrs. Annie Lee Redwine Konkler, age 96, of Toccoa, Georgia passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at Pruitt Health Toccoa.
Born October 12, 1921 in Battiest, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Willis David and Eula Ida Duncan Redwine. Mrs. Konkler was a homemaker and a member of Bethesda Fellowship of Cornelia.
Family members include her daughter, Jessie Anne Dyer of Toccoa, GA; grandchildren, Jeanna Banks of Sandersville, GA, Anna Rose of Toccoa, GA, Johanna Flores of Clarkesville, GA, Christian Strempke of Monroe, NC, David Flores of Cleveland, GA, Jonathan Flores of Cumberland, MD, Ben Dyer of Black Mountain, NC, Seth Flores of Toccoa, GA, and Joyce Faye Laub of Atkins, AK; twenty-four great-grandchildren, eleven great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Philip Konkler, Sr., a son James Philip Konkler, Jr., and her brothers, David Samuel Redwine and Manuel Lee Redwine.
Mrs. Konkler will be buried with her husband at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Cove, Arkansas Friday, June 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
