Count II: Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class "D" Felony. Count III: Possession Of A Schedule I Or Schedule II Controlled Substance That Is Not Methamphetamine Or Cocaine With The Purpose To Deliver. The State of Arkansas intends to pursue enhanced penalties due to the fact he has been convicted of four (4) or more felonies.
