Ronald Ward Stuart of Burleson, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, April 28th, 2020 in Mansfield, Texas.
Ron was born on February 29, 1948 in Virginia, to Bernice Vivian Farmer and Thomas Everett Stuart. A devoted family man, Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, Texas food, and music. As a chemical engineer, working for Miller Brewing Company, Ron was an accomplished professional. Ron was a man of great integrity. He will be remembered for being humble and kind to all. His loving wife Lydia, many friends, and loving family will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father Major Thomas Stuart, his mother Bernice Farmer Stuart, his brother Thomas (Woody) Stuart and his grandparents William H. and Dessie L. Farmer and Ida Van Norris and John Harris Stuart. He is also preceded by his Father-in-law Lenn A. Ryals Sr. and great-niece Holley Lynn Ryals.
Graveside Service will be held at Cherry Hill Cemetery on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19, attendance will be limited to a maximum of fifty people. Address to Cherry Hill Cemetery: 182-198 Cherry Hill Lane, Mena, Arkansas 71953.
Visitation will be Friday afternoon until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday morning. No more than 10 people inside Beasley-Wood Funeral Home at a time please, due to COVID-19 restrictions. Address for Visitation: Beasley Wood Funeral Home 611 Janssen Avenue Mena, Arkansas.
A Memorial will be held for Ron in Texas in the summer of 2020. The date is not final due to Covid-19.
